Our self-catering cottage accommodation offers you and your family a traditional Irish Cottage experience with their historic half door, large open fire, flag stone floor.
But don’t worry, they are well equipped with all the modern conveniences that you will need for your staycation including wi-fi, “free to air” satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, gas central heating and fully fitted kitchen with all the cooking utensils that you would need.
And with our family residence located right beside the cottages, we are always close by if you should need anything.
We offer a choice of accommodation including:

Just a few mins walk from the cottages and slightly closer to the village of Drumshanbo you’ll find our larger self-catering property which caters for 7 guests. It is just on the edge of Acres Lake and is a modern 2 storey, detached house with private parking.
This property includes 2 x double en-suite bedrooms (one conveniently located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor,), 1 x twin and 1 x single bedroom, and a separate bathroom. There is a large kitchen/dining and living area with a patio, outdoor furniture and bar-b-que. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
This is an ideal house for a larger family or a family get together. It is on the Shannon Blueway path that leads to the Lough Allen hotel.

We do not take bookings for hen/stag/21st or party groups. No pets allowed.

The seven self-catering cottages overlook the picturesque Acres Lake with its outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, playground and famous floating boardwalk. It is no wonder they are a popular choice for family staycations in Leitrim.
We are also at the start of the Shannon Blueway, an off road trail which journeys from Leitrim village and Battlebridge to Drumshanbo, approx. 6km in length one way. And we are located just under 1km from the lovely village of Drumshanbo with a footpath from the cottages to the village.
